Ramonda is the voice of Tents Unlimited. Ramonda joined the company in early 2009 as the next step in her 25-year career in customer service. Previous positions include kindergarten paraprofessional, clinical secretary for two cardiologists, managing editor and office manager for an 800-member rodeo association and telecommunications specialist for a telephone service provider.

Ramonda keeps the office running smoothly. Her responsibilities include answering the phones, entering payables and receivables, filing and working closely with the team to ensure all customer needs are met. Ramona’s optimism and ability to connect with everyone continuously impresses clients and staff.
